Designed by Alvar Alto and built in 1949, this six story brick dormitory building is distinguished by its curvi-linear plan, "moon garden," and roof deck.  As part of a comprehensive restoration of the building, BCA surveyed the condition of the interior and exterior building fabric, prepared treatment recommendations, reviewed technical specifications, and helped monitor the restoration of the historic building fabric.
