The Westminster Arts Center at Bloomfield College creates and performs artistic and cultural programs for the student body and community. BCA was the restoration consultant at Westminster Hall. BCA performed a comprehensive survey of the steeply pitched slate roofs and related water management systems on this Romanesque Revival building. BCA also assisted the architect in securing a grant to fund construction.
