Harvard Art Museum

Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Harvard Art Museum Project integrated a new building, designed by Renzo Piano with the 1927 Fogg Museum Building, designed by Coolidge, Shepley, Bulfinch, and Abbott. The original brick facade and travertine marble courtyard were preserved while state of the art museum spaces were incorporated between them and in an addition to the rear of the building.
